A few things you might want to know.

Yes — that's the whole idea. Your Block Bells are couriered directly to your door. You choose your weight and they arrive ready to use.

Your plan is built around your quiz answers — goals, fitness level, time available, body type. It includes a full workout schedule, guided exercise instructions, a rest timer, and a personalised meal plan.

Sessions are designed to take around fifteen minutes. You don't need anything besides your Block Bells. No bench, no bands, no gym mat required.

There's a minimum of three months so you have time to see results. After that you can cancel any time by emailing support@blockbells.com.

Block Bells is built around goals that suit everyone — losing weight, toning up, building strength, staying active. Anyone who wants to train smart at home is welcome.

We currently accept EFT. Once you register, your account page shows our banking details and your unique reference. PayFast card payments are coming soon.
