These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Bells™ website at blockbells.com and your subscription to our fitness services ("Services"). By registering for an account, taking our quiz, or subscribing to any Block Bells plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Block Bells™. By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Block Bells™ is a South African fitness subscription service that delivers personalised dumbbell training equipment and customised workout and meal plans to subscribers across South Africa.
Block Bells offers the following subscription plans:

All plans include: dumbbell delivery to your door, a personalised monthly workout plan, a personalised meal plan, access to the full exercise library, and progress tracking tools in the member area.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT. Block Bells reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
All Block Bells subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment period:
The minimum period begins on the date your payment is confirmed and your account is activated. You may not cancel your subscription during the minimum period. After the minimum period has been completed, your subscription continues on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the minimum commitment period applicable to your chosen plan.
Block Bells currently accepts payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):
Block Bells is in the process of integrating card payment via PayFast. Once available, card payment terms will be updated accordingly.
Block Bells equipment will be dispatched to your registered delivery address once your first payment has been confirmed.
Block Bells equipment is supplied in good working condition. As a subscriber, you agree to:
Normal wear and tear from regular use is acceptable. Damage resulting from misuse or negligence may be charged to the subscriber.
To cancel your Block Bells subscription:
Block Bells reserves the right to cancel a subscription immediately in the event of non-payment, misuse of the platform, or breach of these Terms.
Due to the nature of our service — which includes the physical delivery of equipment and immediate access to personalised digital content — the following refund policy applies:

Access to the Block Bells member area, including your personalised workout plan, meal plan, exercise library, and progress tracker, is provided as part of your active subscription.
Block Bells provides fitness guidance for general health and wellness purposes. Our workout and meal plans are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.
By subscribing to Block Bells, you confirm that:
Block Bells and its team shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from participation in our fitness programmes.
All content on the Block Bells website and member area — including workout plans, meal plans, exercise descriptions, images, videos, text, and the Block Bells brand — is the intellectual property of Block Bells™ and is protected by South African copyright law.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Block Bells™ shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Block Bells reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Block Bells services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Applicable legislation includes but is not limited to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
